Our Services:
Support Coordination
Our Support Coordination team can assist you to make the most of your supports in your NDIS plan. Our team will work with you to understand and use your NDIS plan to achieve your goals. We can connect you with NDIS providers, community and other government agencies. Building your confidence and skills to coordinate your supports is our priority. We achieve this by working with you to ensure you have the right combination of supports to increase your capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently and be part of your community.
Types of Support Coordination
Support Coordination: is where the Support Coordinator will assist you to build the skills you need to understand and use your plan across all aspects of your plan.
Specialist Support Coordination: is a higher level of support coordination. It is designed for people in situations that are more complex and who need specialist support.
Plan Management
Our Plan Managers can assist you in managing funding in your NDIS plan. Our team can help you with managing your budgets with greater budget oversight through budget reports, increasing your financial and plan management skills, pay providers and increasing your choice of providers.
Supported Disability Employment
Come and work with us! Eurella provides employment, training and skill development, with pathways to learn, and opportunities to grow. Employment opportunities are available at Eurella's packaging and assembly warehouse located in Auburn, within a 15 - minute walking distance from Auburn station. Our workplace is vibrant, caring and supportive. We provide work experience and work readiness programs, career guidance and continual on the job training.
Individual Community Participation and In- Home Support
Our individual community participation and in- home support services offer flexible and tailored supports with a full range of everyday tasks in the home, community, school or workplace. We can help you with meeting new people, exploring new interests, finding employment, learning new skills housekeeping, cooking, cleaning, shopping and meal planning, personal care, transportation, health, leisure and fitness, budgeting, attending appointments and maintaining relationships with friends and family.
Short Stay and Medium Stay Accommodation and Respite Services
Enjoy a day, overnight, weekend, short or medium stay at our boutique Eurella House located in Burwood with less than a 10-minute walk to local shops, cafes, cinemas and parks. Situated on expansive landscaped gardens, enjoy access to our sensory garden, community garden, health and fitness gym and the creative arts studio. Eurella House is a fully furnished home, with your own private room with air conditioning and expansive shared spaces to bake and enjoy meals, watch movies or play games. Eurella house operates 365 days a year and is staffed 24/7 throughout the stay.
Supported Independent Living and Specialist Disability Accommodation
Eurella's supported independent living (SIL) accommodation offers 365 day, 24-hour support with daily tasks like personal care, cooking, health and wellbeing and connecting with friends, family and community, helping you to live as independently as possible, whilst building your skills. Our supported independent living accommodation is located across Sydney's vibrant Inner West and is homely, well-furnished and suitable for adults of all ages. Residents are supported to exercise choice and control over their daily lives. Supports are delivered with a caring, holistic, person-centred approach. Supports are designed and tailored around your goals, interests, and needs.
Eurella Links Social and Community Lifestyle and Learning Hub
Eurella Links is our social, community and lifestyle hub designed for adults, providing links to engage in, social, community, creative, recreational, workplace skills and educational opportunities. Eurella Links is person centred and is tailored to your individual goals, needs, interests and hobbies. Our Burwood hub operates from Monday to Friday.
Therapeutic Supports
Supporting adults and children with disability at all ages and life stages. Our therapists can support you to meet your individual goals and enhance your quality of life and participation in daily and practical activities. Our therapists can provide assessment, training, report writing, plan development and intervention for individuals, parents, teams and school staff.
Early Childhood Early Intervention Services (ECEI)
We offer a family centred service using the key worker around the child approach, offering a range of flexible and responsive ECEI services to meet the needs of children and building capacities within families. Our ECEI services include our Creative Play Therapy Group, our Sensory Playgroup, and School-Readiness program.
Wattle-it-Bee After School and School Holiday Programs
Eurella’s Wattle-it-Bee After School program provides Kindergarten to Year 6 high-quality after school activities and school holiday programs. The service forms strong, collaborative ties with children, families the school and the local community to ensure the needs and interests of every child and family are supported. The service provides an environment in which children feel safe and have fun. Our environment is fun, vibrant, nurturing and a supportive one where learning, active play and creative pursuits are encouraged.
Eurella Creative Classes Workshops and Pop Culture Club Outings
Our rich and varied program provides performance and visual arts workshops facilitated by industry-professional artists. Eurella Creative offers recreational activities and professional development for NDIS participants with an active interest in the arts, as well as opportunities to attend the most exciting cultural events across Sydney.
Planned Holidays
Individual or small group supported holidays are all about fabulous holiday experiences with all the support and assistance needed to travel, relax and enjoy. Individual or small group holiday packages are all inclusive and offer leisure experiences, sightseeing, dining experiences, quality accommodation, and experienced, friendly and caring support mentors.
