Working With Us
Supported Employees work alongside a friendly and supportive team. Our Employment Mentors will assist you to develop on the job skills together with providing a range of training courses in areas including processes and procedures, using technology, self-advocacy, rights, workplace essentials, building positive communications, safety in the workplace and much more.
Earning your own income and establishing independence as part of a friendly and diverse workplace is integral to the success of our employees. We recognise the valuable work of our employees through regular wage assessments, pay rate increases, incentives and awards that remunerate the achievements of employees.

Our work readiness program will assist to you in developing your confidence across a range of areas to help you on your path to finding and sustaining employment.
Our program is tailored to meet individual needs and encompasses a combination of skill-based training and practical work experience. Our aim is to establish good communication for individuals, and an ability to work as part of a team. We place an emphasis on developing skills in packaging and assembly processes, time management, workplace essentials, numeracy, and literacy skills and the use of digital technology.
